Lionel Hollins will not join the Los Angeles Lakers in Orlando after he was "red-flagged" as a health concern.
Hollins is in his first season as an assistant coach with the Lakers.
Hollins was previously a head coach with the Memphis Grizzlies and Brooklyn Nets.
