Michael Malone: Nikola Jokic Will Join Nuggets In Orlando 'Very, Very Soon'

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Sun Jul 12, 2020 5:51 pm

Nikola Jokic will join the Denver Nuggets in Orlando "very soon," according to Michael Malone.

Jokic, who tested positive for COVID-19 in Serbia last month, recently retested negative.

"Nikola Jokic will be in the bubble very, very soon. I know that is a big topic of discussion, when's he going to be here. He will be here very, very soon, and excited to see him," said Malone on Saturday.

Jokic will quarantine for two days after arriving in Orlando.

The Nuggets closed their practice facility before leaving for Orlando after two members of their traveling party tested positive for the coronavirus.

It's become comical how the Nuggets use Malone to publicly demand that Jokic return immediately. Apparent "very soon" wasn't good enough for Malone. He had to "very" to "very soon" to make his nervous plea/demand.

My first thought was "Run Kunta run!". Jokic was diagnosed with a coronavirus infection less than 20 days ago. Apparently that's enough time for a human to recover from the perspective of the NBAPA and the NBA commish. What a joke the NBA has become. With each passing day that the NBA accelerates through the whirlpool (black hole) aka Donald Trump, the more unrecognizable it is.

The sad truth is that if Jokic returns and makes a misstep the NBA owners will gladly make a poster child out of him to avoid the blame. In the eyes of NBA owners, Jokic is an easily blamable southern European like Rudy Gobert.

Despite the fact that Florida broke another daily record in the US for infections, Malone expects for the recently infected Jokic to return "very very soon" to the most infected land in the world. Utter madness. My NBA TV, radio and live stream will be turned off in the foreseeable future because this madness only worsens with each passing day.
