Maybe not too many rules are in place (Though, the idea is to proceed with caution by asking questions with regards to protocol)?

Otherwise, if he did it (while knowing league protocols for the bubble during this pandemic) and still defied/disobeyed the rules, shame on him. This is why the rest of the country is in the sh*ts its in. No one is taking it seriously.
