Marcus Smart Fined $5K For Flopping

The NBA fined Marcus Smart $5,000 for a flop against Pascal Siakam in game 2.
A foul was originally called against Siakam, then overturned and called against Smart.
The Celtics currently lead the Raptors 2-0.
