Bucks Interested In Bogdan Bogdanovic, Harrison Barnes Package Deal With Kings

The Milwaukee Bucks "love" Bogdan Bogdanovic, according to Zach Lowe of ESPN.

Bogdanovic is a restricted free agent with the Sacramento Kings and the Bucks would have to acquire him via a sign-and-trade deal, which would hard cap them for the 20-21 season. Sources say the Bucks have considered scenarios in which they would acquire both Bogdanovic and Harrison Barnes.

It is not clear yet if the Bucks have engaged the Kings in serious discussions on the scenario.

The Kings hired Monte McNair to run their front office, which makes how views their roster more unpredictable. Luke Walton appeared to prefer Bogdanovic over Buddy Hield last season. Hield signed a four-year, $94 million extension with the Kings last year.

i think giannis implied he wanted to see EFFORT he understands, i believe, that mil is in a tight situation as a small market destination. if it were cut and dried to do it or else, mil would be hopeless compared to a large market team and giannis would have said bye bye already

What you say is wrong. Bogdanovic is due for an extension, but he's also a very, very good playmaker and intelligent player. Barnes is a very, very good forward on a very big contract.

Noway in hell Bogdan is getting $25mil per, $18mil is on the high side of what's expected. Depth is highly overrated, especially in the playoffs.

Barnes sure is not worth $25m and I never said he was. But this is where you're wrong: He's still very good. Bogey will be worth the money and whether you can keep Bledsoe or not is a matter of how many scrubs Sac would accept instead. I don't think they would want Bledsoe's contract.

if this is a real trade attempt by the bucks, they have no idea why they cant win. If they dont get oladipo or holiday now, and they play at a boarderline all star level this season, Giannis is out and they cant really blame him.
