The Brooklyn Nets have agreed to acquire Bruce Brown from the Detroit Pistons for Dzanan Musa and a 2021 second round pick via the Toronto Raptors.

Brown should become part of Brooklyn's rotation in the backcourt.

2021 should have some decent talent even on the second round....but Bruce Brown is pretty solid. I'd like to see the Pistons take a swing in the draft because they have missed out on a lot of talent by drafting too conservatively

I'm very pleased for the Nets. Brown is a multi-tool two-way combo guard on a minimum deal.

Well, if the 2 ways are defense and defense, sure. There were only 3 guys in the league that played as many minutes as he did last year and scored fewer points. He plays hard and is a really good teammate, but he's a defensive specialist.
