The Chicago Bulls will not issue a qualifying offer to Kris Dunn, which will allow him to not be a restricted free agent.

The Los Angeles Clippers are one of the teams expected to pursue Dunn.

The Bulls acquired Dunn as part of the Jimmy Butler trade.

this is horrible news kris isnt the problem. As a bulls fan i can speak on this. Dunn gets way to much criticism. Hes a good defender that get bashed way too much. I hope he goes somewhere and becomes jimmy butler. The bulls got valentine shaq Harrison both of them you can cut without shedding a tear. Also felicio is useless. They could have given him the offer and used him in a trade if they wanted
