Moe Harkless has agreed to a one-year, $3.6 million deal with the Miami Heat.
The Heat will use their biannual exception to sign Harkless.
Harkless turned down more lucrative deals elsewhere to play for a contending team and reenter free agency in 2021 when more teams will have cap space.
