Rajon Rondo is set to miss at least the next three games due to a sore right knee.

Rondo has missed the previous three games with the injury.

Rondo, who has only played in two out of Hawks' first seven games, will be re-evaluated before the team leaves for a West Coast trip starting January 13th.

This is good news for Atlanta! this allows Rondo to get his expected regular-season injury out of the way now, in time to be fresh and for the playoffs. Playoff Rondo isn't just a name.
