Knicks Not Interested In Trading Kevin Knox, First-Round Pick In Derrick Rose Trade

The New York Knicks were reportedly unwilling to include Kevin Knox in a potential deal for Derrick Rose, sources told Ian Begley of SNY.
The Pistons had been seeking additional draft compensation if Dennis Smith Jr. were involved in the deal.
The Knicks were also not willing to include a first-round pick in a potential trade.
