Isaiah Thomas Agrees To 10-Day Contract With Pelicans

Isaiah Thomas will sign a 10-day contract with the New Orleans Pelicans.

Thomas last played in the NBA in February 2020 with the Washington Wizards in which he averaged 12.2 points, 1.7 rebounds and 3.7 assists in 23.1 minutes per game. Thomas was waived when he was acquired by the Los Angeles Clippers at the 2020 trade deadline.

Too much of a defensive liability to ever contribute to a contender again. It was overlooked when he was scoring 20 plus points a night on an efficient level but he hasn't been the same player since that hip injury.

Yea then Boston threw him to curb like last week's trash. A lot of players around the league took note of how Boston treated IT. They're reputation definitely took a hit.

Possibly. The bigger concern for me was the misdiagnosis by BOS medical staff that cost them their jobs and hurt the teams rep.
