Penny Hardaway has been identified as a candidate for several head coaching jobs in the NBA.
Hardaway has bene head coach at Memphis since 2018.
Teams are gathering intel on Hardaway's work as a head coach and will get multiple offers to interview.

Assistant coach / player development - yes ... head coach : wait & see
Perhaps one of the most electrifying & iconic NBA players of all time in his early years -- who would have ever thought that his career would be cut short with injuries and he would wind up coaching?
Wishing Coach Hardaway lots of success - mesmerizing play in the 90's, hopeful he can have that impact from a coaching perspective.

He can be Head Coach only if Little Penny is an assistant coach

A bit premature. Penny will eventually be a great NBA head coach, but he still hasn't been seasoned enough as a head coach after starting at a middle school in Memphis, then a high school in Memphis, and now the University of Memphis. So far, his teams at the University of Memphis have underwhelmed and not lived up to expectations - it's not clear to me if that's on him or on the collection of players he has assembled.
