'Unlikely' Spencer Dinwiddie Cleared To Play In Finals

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Sun Jun 13, 2021 4:51 pm

Sources refuted a recent report that Spencer Dinwiddie could possibly return from his ACL injury for The Finals, saying the scenario is unlikely.

Dinwiddie suffered a partially torn ACL in December and has been rehabilitating in Los Angeles.

The Brooklyn Nets enter Sunday six wins away from reaching The Finals for the first time since 2003.

This has been happening since Spencer's injury, unfortunately.

Actual sources that follow the team, as well as the player himself and those who train/ rehabilitate him, bring positive news of his recovery. A day later, Knicks-friendly media outlets act as the wet blanket. I'm not focused on them right now, but wow, it's astounding to see how desperately they want to kill any little shred of optimism for the Nets.

Hate harder.

You're talking like the Net's need Dinwiddie. Killing optimism due to Dinwiddie's return? Wtf are you talking about? Most people forgot he's on the team let alone channeling him for a source of optimism

That's part of why it's so sad.
