United States Wins FIBA U-19 World Cup, Chet Holmgren Named Tournament MVP

The United States beat France 83-81 to win the FIBA U-19 World Cup on Sunday.

Chet Holmgren had 10 points and 5 assists for the U.S., and was named the MVP of the tournament.

7-foot-2 prospect Victor Wembanyama lead France with 22 points, 8 rebounds, and 8 blocks. 

The 17-year-old Wembanyama, who recently signed with Tony Parker's Asvel in France, is not eligible for the NBA Draft until 2023.
