Elfrid Payton has agreed to a one-year deal with the Phoenix Suns.
Payton averaged 10.1 points, 3.4 rebounds and 3.2 assists in 23.6 minutes per game last season with the New York Knicks.

In 2019-20 he was 12th in AST/TO, 11th in total AST and 6th in AST per36. What more can you ask of a 3rd string PG?
