Nope, just people who fake mental illness to get out of following the same rules as everyone else. If Simmons hadn't already tried to breach his contract to demand a trade and force his way off the team, he might be taken more seriousliy about this sudden mental health thing.

Also mentally unready to play could literally just mean he's not game ready yet because he missed all of training camp, not that he's depressed. It sounds more like an excuse than a mental illness.
