The Sacramento Kings have agreed to sign Emmanuel Mudiay to a 10-day deal.

Mudiay has been playing in Lithuania this season for Zalgiris.

I guess when you are desperate any warm body will do, but couldnt they find someone at the homeless camp who could use a few dollars.
