Nassir Little suffered a "mild femoral head impaction fracture" on his right hip, the Portland Trail Blazers announced on Friday.
Little will miss the next six weeks.
Little, who signed a four-year, $28 million extension over the offseason, is averaging 5.5 points in 15.3 minutes per game this season.
