'Rising Belief' That Wizards Will Trade Kyle Kuzma

There is a "rising belief" around the league that the Washington Wizards will trade Kyle Kuzma before this year's trade deadline, according to Marc Stein of Substack.

Kuzma, who has a player option for next year, is considered a "lock" to become a free agent after this season.

Stein adds that rumblings among NBA circles make it difficult to envision Kuzma re-signing with the Wizards.

Kuzma is averaging 21.8 points and 7.6 rebounds on the season.

I got a pretty sweet LEGO set for Christmas that I'm pretty sure has more value than Kendrick Nunn at this point. Maybe Pelinka could get Kuzma by throwing in his new set of lavender bath salts. Lavender is overrated! :lol:

Whichever team has interest in dealing for Kuzma will need to be reassured that he’s going to opt-in or agree to an extension.

Oh, the Lakers are interested. Reaves, and Beverly, and Lonnie Walker, and Troy Brown, and Thomas Bryant, and any draft picks are strictly off limits!!! But the Lakers are interested in making it happen!!!
