Anthony Davis To Ramp Up Rehab, Could Return In Few Weeks

Anthony Davis plans to begin the ramp up process this week as the pain in his right foot continues to subside. Davis has a bone spur fractured off the navicular bone in his right foot, at well as a stress reaction.

Davis missed his 12th straight game on Saturday as he last played on Dec. 16.

Davis has been limited to spot shooting in his on-court work.

The ramp up process will involve aquatic pool workouts and running on an altered-gravity treadmill to keep his full weight off his foot. Davis could need a few weeks of a ramp up process.

"ramp up"? you mean he wasn't doing the max rehab and trying his most to get back before?

Originally it was a 4-week timeline. 3-weeks later he's "ramping up" and could be just a few (3-5) weeks away. Sounds like they've made no progress. Is surgery looming?

They should just have him come back after All Star Break.

realistically, yes, they should. this is probably the last season where they could get some good value in return.
