LeBrno James will have his right foot reassessed in two weeks to determine how much progress he's made in hopes of returning this season.

James is will likely be out more than two weeks as the timeline on his return is expected to extend beyond that checkpoint.

The determination on when James returns could be impacted by where the Los Angeles Lakers are in the standings.
