Dwyane Wade, Dirk Nowitzki, Gregg Popovich, Pau Gasol, Tony Parker, and Becky Hammond were voted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Class of 2023, sources told Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

A formal announcement will take place this Saturday during the men's Final Four in Houston.

The enshrinement ceremony is scheduled for August 12.

Pop has been eligible since before his first Spurs title in 1999

He first became an assistant at the college level 50 years ago, with Air Force.

To be eligible for the Naismith HOF while still an active coach, a candidate must "have coached as either a fulltime assistant or head coach on the high school and/or college and/or professional level for a minimum of 25 years."

So Pop has been eligible since 1997, during his first season as an NBA coach while tanking for Duncan (Pop was VP and GM of the Spurs and he fired coach Bob Hill in December '96 and named himself head coach -- has been HC ever since)
