The Indiana Pacers are looking to trade for a "starting-level, modern" power forward this offseason, sources told Jake Fischer of Yahoo! Sports.

Marc Stein of Substack reported earlier this week that the Pacers were contenders to acquire Pascal Siakam. 

The Pacers have also reportedly explored deals for Tobias Harris, Harrison Barnes, and OG Anunoby.

As a pacer fan since the mid 70's I am loving this young core that we have. I would enjoy picking up Siakam but, don't want to give up mathurin, Hield, Hali, Jarace etc. I like the idea of keeping Hali and Hield together and hield being a sixth man. I would be willing to give a couple firsts, Thies, Jalen Smith and some other scrubs. I don't think Toronto accepts that. The current team has quality depth, can run and will be fun to watch.....

Assuming John Collins can get back to his previous form, he would've been a great fit on the Pacers and the cost was minimal in terms of assets

I agree with this take, I think this team could make a big leap like the Kings did last season.

I heard that guy Sabonis they traded away is a pretty good PF. I could be wrong though.

Hold out until mid-December, and Jermi Grant could be available for you.
