Terrence Williams was sentenced to 10 years in prison for his role in defrauding the NBA's Health and Welfare Benefit Plan.

Williams was also ordered to forfeit over $650,000 and pay $2.5 million in restitution as punishment.

The scheme generated profits through making claims for fictitious medical and dental expenses.

Williams plead guilty to conspiracy to commit health care and wire fraud and aggravated identity theft. 

13 players have plead guilty so far in the case.

And the guys that sold opioids and killed ppl only got a fine less than what they made selling them and no jail time.. Justice is certainly not equal and not blind..

Its mind boggling and another eye opener that he received TEN years and such a hefty financial penalty.. absolutely insane, I think those text messages he sent threatening a few witnesses really cooked him.

Sad to see such an outcome, 10 years is given out for much less financial robberies though.

Glad he got 10 years, good to see justice doing its job.
