Cam Payne cleared waivers and is an unrestricted free agent, sources told HoopsHype.
Payne was recently waived by the Spurs.
Payne is ineligible to return to the Suns.

There are some non-contenders he could start on... but as far as contenders are concerned:
DEN, MIA, PHI also lack PG depth. DEN has Reggie Jackson at backup PG... uggh!
