Luka Doncic and the Dallas Mavericks are gearing up to face Real Madrid as part of their preseason overseas tour. Doncic has fond memories of his time playing for the Spanish club. Enough so, that the Mavs star said he'd return to Real Madrid if he ever returned to playing in Europe.
“I’ve got a lot of great memories and I’m happy to be back," Doncic said. "If I return to Europe one day, I’m sure it will be to Real Madrid. That’s 100%.”
Doncic also said he's been looking forward to this preseason matchup for a while.
“I’ve been looking forward to this game for months now and it’s going to be one of the most special games of my career, maybe the most. It’s going to be really exciting and I’m looking forward to getting out there on the court,” Doncic said.
