Jontay Porter, Raptors Agree To Two-Way Contract

Jontay Porter has agreed to sign a Two-Way contract with the Toronto Raptors.
Porter had been playing with the Motor City Cruise of the G League.
Porter takes the Two-Way spot of Ron Harper Jr.
