Bronny James is slotted as the 39th pick in ESPN's first NBA mock draft for 2025. A year ago when ESPN released its first mock for 2024, James was projected as a top-10 pick.
James suffered cardiac arrest in July during a USC practice session, but he was able to make his collegiate debut in December. In 19 games this season, James is averaging 5.5 points, 2.8 rebounds and 2.5 assists in 20.2 minutes.
LeBron James has talked openly about wanting to play with Bronny James at some point before retiring.
Cooper Flagg and Ace Bailey are the projected top-2 picks in 2025.

No way he's good enough to be drafted yet. He really needs to stay in school....But he won't.

The kid averages 5ppg as a freshman. He shouldn't be on any mock drafts at this point. ESPN is a joke

IF it gets you LeBron... I would guarantee that if you put Bronny in the NBA and gave him 5 mins a night he gives you more production than Thanasis. Nepo-babies getting a slot to make their much more talented relative happy.

It's a 2nd round pick. Tell me ONE team in the league that wouldn't use (or trade, if that's easier for you to consider) a 2nd round pick to try to attract (even elderly) LeBron. That's a damn good use of a 2nd rounder.
You can take any team in the league, insert a LeBron who wants to be there, and that team is better. More importantly to most teams-- they would sell WAY more tickets (assuming they had bad sales before).

If he needs to go back to school as a non traditional student later in life... I have a feeling he will be okay/able to afford it.
