Saint Louis announced Josh Schertz as the program's next head coach on Saturday.
Schertz lead Indiana State to its first 30-win season in 45 years and lead the team to the NIT title game.
The 48-year-old was also named the Missouri Valley Coach of the Year.
Saint Louis went 13-20 last season and last made the NCAA tournament in 2019.
