Jonas Valanciunas To Receive Offers At Around $12.9M Mid-Level Exception

Jonas Valanciunas is expected to receive contract offers at around the $12.9 million mid-level exception this summer, league executives told Jake Fischer of Yahoo! Sports.
The 32-year-old free agent averaged 12.2 points and 8.8 rebounds last season.
Valanciunas is not expected to return to the Pelicans.

If Tobias can potentially make another $100 Million, I don't get how Jonas Valanciunas can't get more than the Mid-level.

Well the Tobias Harris contract might have been the biggest overpay in NBA history. Especially when you consider they let Jimmy Butler walk and instead signed this bum.. hopefully teams are getting wiser after that.
Tobias won’t get more than 4-5 million next season.
