Cooper Flagg Has Competition At No. 1 In 2025 NBA Draft In Ace Bailey, Dylan Harper

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Fri Jun 28, 2024 3:06 pm

Cooper Flagg has long been the projected No. 1 pick in the 2025 NBA Draft, but some NBA teams now have Dylan Harper ranked first and others believe Ace Bailey is the biggest threat to go first, according to ESPN's Jonathan Givony. Flagg remains the most probable prospect to go No. 1, but it is not as certain as it was as recently as 2023 with Victor Wembanyama.

Flagg is an explosive athlete as an impact player on both ends of the floor and has shown a much improved three-point shooter. Flagg doesn't turn 18 until Dec. 21 as he reclassified to skip his final year of high school and will be one of the youngest players in college basketball during his freshman season at Duke.

Bailey is a 6'9 guard who will play for Rutgers. Bailey also has outstanding physical skills and is a shot-maker off the dribble. Harper will join Bailey at Rutgers and is a big point guard at over 6'5.
