The Orlando Magic have declined their $8 million team option on Moe Wagner for the 24-25 season. Wagner and the Magic each have interest in discussing a new contract in free agency. The Magic plan to utilize their cap space in the offseason on the open market.
In 80 games last season, Wagner averaged 10.9 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 17.7 minutes.
Wagner is represented Jason Glushon and Joey Pennavaria. Wagner's brother, Franz Wagner, is eligible for an extension with the Magic this offseason.
