Luke Kennard, Grizzlies To Discuss New Contract After $14.8M Team Option Declined

The Memphis Grizzlies have declined their $14.8 million option on Luke Kennard for the 24-25 season. Both Kennard and the Grizzlies have interest in a restructured contract.
Kennard averaged 11.0 points, 2.9 rebounds and 3.5 assists in 25.6 minutes over 39 games last season. Kennard shot 45.0 percent on three-pointers and is a career 43.9 percent shooter.
Kennard is represented by Steven Heumann, Aaron Mintz and Dave Spahn.
