Cavaliers Hire DeMarre Carroll As Assistant Coach

The Cleveland Cavaliers have hired DeMarre Carroll as an assistant coach under Kenny Atkinson. Carroll was an assistant coach with the Milwaukee Bucks in 22-23 under Mike Budenholzer and the Los Angeles Lakers in 23-24 under Darvin Ham.
Carroll spent 11 seasons in the NBA until his retirement in 2020. Atkinson was an assistant coach during Carroll's time with the Hawks, and then as a head coach during their overlapping time with the Brooklyn Nets. Carroll was a teammate of Jarrett Allen and Caris LeVert with the Nets.
