The Los Angeles Lakers have hired Lindsey Harding as an assistant coach. Harding was most recently named G League Coach of the Year with the Stockton Kings. Harding interviewed for the Charlotte Hornets' head coaching job this offseason.

Harding and Redick have a long history that dates back to her years as a player development coach with the Philadelphia 76ers and an All-American at Duke.

Harding joins Nate McMillan, Scott Brooks and Greg St. Jean on the Lakers bench this season.

Underrated hire here. Seems like JJ's staff is a good blend of both highly experienced coaches and young up and coming coaches. I don't expect much this season but in terms of player development, I think there will be a big shift for the future.

Rookie coach. Rookie female assistant. Bronny shooting O-fers. LBJ hitting 40. Going to be a memorable season in LA.

Everything is predicated on expectations. What were you expecting? #1 seed or 6th seed or the play in tourney.

To me, the #6 is the upper limit.
