Carlik Jones Has Brief NBA Out Window In Deal With Partizan

Point guard Carlik Jones was a standout in South Sudan's near upset of the United States in an Olympics lead-up exhibition game. Jones put together a triple-double vs Team USA and nearly keyed a massive upset.
That sort of performance had many wondering about Jones' contract status. The 6-foot point guard recently agreed to a deal with Partizan in Serbia. However, Jones' deal has an NBA out, but only until July 25.
Jones played for Dallas Mavericks, Denver Nuggets and Chicago Bulls in the NBA between 2021 and 2023. Jones spent last season with the Zhejiang Golden Bulls in China.
