Should be Steph Curry. Without him, they are silver medalists at best.

Steph didn’t play well in most games. Bron was very consistent. The MVP is for the tournament, not the final game.

Steph definitely played well in the last two games tho. He’s why they won the gold medal game.

They wouldn't have best Serbia, bronze medalists. LeBron needs a lead guard to bail him out in clutch moments.

Kobe in 08, Allen against the Spurs, Kyrie against the Warriors, Curry this year.

In baseball they have stats that weight errors and runs by the impact they have on the actual mechanical outcome of the game, meaning a strikeout at the bottom of the 9th is worth more than at the top of the 1st. Through that lens the MVP would unquestionably be Steph, because he played poor when it relatively didn't matter, and excelled when it meant everything.
