NBA To Open Regular Season With Celtics-Knicks, Lakers-Wolves

The NBA will open its 24-25 regular season on TNT with a doubleheader of the New York Knicks at Boston Celtics followed by the Minnesota Timberwolves at Los Angeles Lakers.

The Celtics will receive their rings and raise their championship banner ahead of their game against the Knicks.

I thought it was interesting that the Lakers might have all the top ten spots if they were played twice on Christmas or the networks scheduled their back-to-backs.

Lakers beat most of the contenders at least once in the reg season they need to upgrade two role players and they would also be contenders.I
