Duke freshman Cooper Flagg has signed a significant shoe endorsement deal with New Balance. Flagg is widely expected to be the first overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft.

Flagg reclassified to graduate a year early from Montverde Academy. He'll join the Blue Devils for his freshman year this season.

This summer, Flagg impressed in practices and scrimmages against Team USA. The 6-foot-9 forward was part of the USA Select Team that helped Team USA prepare for the 2024 Paris Olympics.

But for how long? How long's the contract? I predict it covers his year at Duke and his rookie year.

This is weird because he has to wear Nike at Duke, so he can't even promote his shoes during the game

Is this bad or good ?

Nike not really doing much with their side talent -
Ja, Luka, Zion, Rui, Tatum - The roster too deep -

With NB he at least has a shot at being the guy with Kawhi
