The Miami Heat will unveil a statue of Dwyane Wade outside of the Kaseya Center on October 27.

“Dwyane’s legacy is a towering one not only for the Miami Heat but for Miami-Wade County. I can’t think of a better way to honor him than by memorializing that legacy," said Pat Riley in a statement.

Omri Amrany and Oscar León of Fine Art Studio Rotblatt Amrany were commissioned to create the statue.

Wade averaged 22.7 points and 5.6 assists in 15 seasons with the Heat.

Uh... being the best or second best player on 3 championship teams and being one of the best shooting guards in league history will get you a statue in Miami... and pretty much anywhere else.
