Nets Waive Mark Armstrong

The Brooklyn Nets have waived guard Mark Armstrong. The Nets signed Armstrong to a non-guaranteed Exhibit 10 contract earlier this offseason.
Armstrong is expected to join the Long Island Nets of the G League for the upcoming season. In his sophomore season at Villanova, Armstrong averaged 8.4 points and 2.4 assists per game.
