Celtics Waive Dmytro Skapintsev

The Boston Celtics waived center Dmytro Skapintsev. Boston signed Skapintsev to a non-guaranteed Exhibit 10 deal earlier this offseason.
Skapintsev is expected to join the Maine Celtics of the G League for the upcoming season.
