Jaren Jackson Jr., Grizzlies To Revisit Extension Talks During 2025 Offseason

Jaren Jackson Jr. and the Memphis Grizzlies will revisit discussions on a contract extension during the 2025 offseason. Jackson has two seasons remaining on his contract, which makes him currently eligible for free agency in 2026.
Jackson was eligible to extend for up to $106 million over three seasons.
Jackson averaged 22.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1.2 steals and 1.6 blocks in 32.2 minutes over 66 games last season. Jackson won Defensive Player of the Year in 2023.
