Jonathan Kuminga and the Golden State Warriors will not sign an extension before Monday's deadline, which will lead him to restricted free agency in 2025.

Both Kuminga and the Warriors are interested in seeing how the season plays out.

It's good for both parties. Ws could get another look at him and see if he is ready to take over the team. He could bet on himself, and he should. There aren't many people like him in the league who can score with ease. His 3pters seem to be dropping in the preseason, and there's no stopping him if he is consistent with that.

Sounds like WAS needs to pair this guy with Kuzma and Poole.. put the NBA on notice.
