Why do you think this? A teams financial restriction doesn’t play a part in your thinking?

Suggs has been better than Kuminga so far. He all defensive 2nd team and shot 40% from 3.

He not worth 30 mill per year. Wtf has happened to the nba. Jordan made 33 million as his highest paid year.my job need to bump my salary up to 15 mill. This is just plain stupid. The new CBA is a big joke. People struggling all over the world yet the sport I always wanted and still want to play is just giving away money to anyone in large portions. I remember when players his caliber made 5 million for his stats. 30 million ? How did this happen

"How did this happen?" Simple. Very short amount of supply but way way too much demand/money. Not to sound rude but there's probably a reason you're not playing the game you always wanted to play while these guys are. There are very few professional basketball players and the ones making it to the NBA and making bank are even fewer. You shouldn't get disheartened of the NBA because the guys handing out contracts are billionaires so I would like to believe they probably know a thing or two about investing. There are professional players who would absolutely destroy you or I in basketball but can't even smell an NBA floor. Sebastian Telfair and Lance Stephenson seemed like they would take over the NBA when I played against them back in the day yet both barely even made decent role players lol

It's not really the new CBA. It's the ridiculous increase in the TV rights deals. Players have been getting about 50% of league revenue for a long time. League revenue in Jordan's day was around 1b. League revenue last season was 10.5b.
