Quentin Grimes reportedly turned down a contract extension from the Dallas Mavericks last week, according to Marc Stein of The Stein Line.
The offer to Grimes was close to the three-year, $27 million deal the team gave to Naji Marshall.
Grimes will now become a restricted free agent this summer.
The Mavs also reportedly pushed Jaden Hardy to sign his three-year extension before the start of the season.
