Brandon Ingram Out Indefinitely With 'Significant' Low Ankle Sprain

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Sun Dec 8, 2024 5:13 pm

Brandon Ingram has suffered a "significant" low ankle sprain, sources told Shams Charania of ESPN.

Ingram will be out indefinitely.

It was reported earlier this week that the Pelicans are looking to extend Ingram at $40 million per season, with Ingram looking for a max deal.

Ingram recently signed with Klutch Sports Group.

Give that guy $40 million per year for 6 years pronto! He will stop getting injured immediately!

agree i would blow it up too and restart

Ingram has missed more than 25% of all games since entering the league... and that includes his rookie season where he was healthy the whole year.

rookie season was the only year he broke 65

in the 7+ years since he's averaging 58 games a year.

entering his prime, sure but you've gotta thread the needle of luck to get 3 let alone 4 healthy seasons out of him on this next deal.

In high school terms, BI is the pothead who rarely comes to class and is only passing because his dad works at the school… but nobody notices because he sits next to the star athlete who shows up even less but somehow is on the Honor Roll.

Great work Mr. Griffin!
