Jamal Murray missed the Denver Nuggets' 117-90 win over the Phoenix Suns on Monday night with a sprained ankle.
Murray suffered the injury during Sunday's win against the Pelicans.
Michael Malone said he was hopeful that Murray would return on Wednesday.
