Tamika Tremaglio exited her post as executive director of the National Basketball Players Association in early November 2023, but she was still paid $3.4 million in salary in 2024.
Tremaglio took over as head of the NBPA in January 2022 and made $1.71 million during her first nine months on the job. She earned $3.1 million during her lone full fiscal year with the NBPA, as the union and league negotiated a new seven-year collective bargaining agreement that was ratified in April 2023.
Andre Iguodala replaced her and was paid $2.1 million in salary plus $682,473 in “other disbursements.” Iguodala earned $185 million during his playing career.
Other top earners at the union included THINK450 president Henry “Que” Gaskins ($815,604), former CFO Gary Arrick ($772,678), chief legal officer Clarence Nesbitt ($764,400), general counsel Ron Klempner ($699,720) and chief commercial officer Josh Goodstadt ($631,554).
