Joel Embiid will be reevaluated in seven to 10 days as he receives treatment to address swelling in his left knee. Embiid participated in a workout on Thursday after missing the previous six games due to a left foot sprain. The sprain has healed, but the knee swelled up following Embiid's workout.

Embiid has played in only 13 games this season and is averring 24.4 points, 7.9 rebounds and 3.8 assists in 29.4 minutes.

Don't know, because the Paul George contract could be worse.

I can’t think of any injury prone star that improved with age. Eventually the nagging injuries persist and the player becomes a shell of themselves rather quickly. Even the ones that return were not quite the same.

I feel for 76er fans, but it's as if Morey deserves this.

Simmons is expiring. It was bad once but is no longer a problem. He's played 29 games this season averaging 6/5/7. Someone might want his expiring at the deadline. Either way, in three months that contract becomes a memory.

Out until they play Denver I see.
